The live broadcast with the Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Penza Region, Maksim Izosimov, on internet problems did not take place due to technical problems. This was reported by representatives of the Regional Management Center on October 23, 2025.
The broadcast was scheduled to launch at 11:00 on VKontakte and Telegram. During the broadcast, the minister was supposed to explain how to use the internet under regular communication restrictions. The broadcast did not start at the appointed time, and employees of the RMC promised to conduct it later.
Internet problems made it difficult to launch the broadcast. The broadcast has been postponed to another day, the exact date is not specified. Representatives of the RMC assured that they are working to eliminate the problems and are preparing the broadcast for re-transmission.
