For Assault Troops, Paratroopers, and Marines: A Large Batch of Ratnik Combat Gear Sets Shipped to Customer

The combat gear set includes a load-bearing vest, camouflage suit, anti-fragmentation goggles, and knee pads

The Central Research Institute for Precision Machine Engineering (JSC TsNIITOCHMASH, part of the Kalashnikov concern) has shipped a large batch of Ratnik combat gear sets (CBS) to the customer under the contract. This was reported by the press service of the concern.

The equipment set for military personnel includes:

  • modular unloading transport vest (for carrying ammunition, weapons, communications equipment)
  • two-sided camouflage suit "Summer–Spring–Autumn"
  • joint protection kit (elbow pads and knee pads)
  • anti-fragmentation goggles (protect eyes from fragments of mines, grenades, chemical liquids, mechanical damage)

The Ratnik CBS is suitable for assault troops, paratroopers, and marines. Its elements can be combined with other equipment components and worn at temperatures from -40°C to +50°C.
