The company "Aviation Interiors" from Tatarstan intends to expand the production of interior elements for the SJ-100 aircraft and the prospective MC-21 aircraft.
Vladimir Krylov, Deputy General Director of the company, noted that in the SSJ-100 aircraft reconfiguration project for the airline "Russia", "Aviation Interiors" carried out work on the refinement of ventilation grilles under the fairings, luggage racks, ceiling and side panels, and the manufacture of new electrical harnesses for individual passenger panels.
We used the design groundwork developed by us for the fully domestic "Superjet". In the import-substituted version of the aircraft, we are responsible for the entire interior, with the exception of passenger seats.
All available production sites were involved in the project, including the "Himgrad" technopolis in Kazan, which manufactures interiors not only for the "Superjet", but also for the import-substituted MC-21 aircraft.
This year, we will expand our Kazan production by introducing new areas and ensure a complete technological cycle for creating interiors: from the manufacture of honeycomb panels to the final assembly of all interior elements.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the aviation pump for MC-21, SJ-100 and Tu-214 became 17% lighter.
