The Uralvagonzavod concern, part of the Rostec state corporation, has launched serial production of Elli electric vehicle charging stations. Production began at the assembly site, which opened in May. The new stations are already operating in Chelyabinsk and Nizhny Tagil, and there are plans to expand the network across the country in the near future.
The Elli electric vehicle charging station was developed by NPO Elektromashina (part of the UVZ Concern).
The model range includes stations with a power output of 44 kW, 60 kW, and 150 kW. The latter allows charging an electric vehicle up to 80% in 20 minutes.
The Elli 60 kW station was first presented to the general public at the 15th International Industrial Exhibition "Innoprom-2025" in Yekaterinburg.
The Elli complex is equipped with the Amasis 2.0 intelligent system, which includes video analytics, environmental monitoring, and free Wi-Fi modules. The company offers turnkey charging station construction anywhere in Russia.
Currently, Elektromashina specialists are preparing for an audit by one of the major gas station chains. The potential demand is estimated at 100–150 stations.
At the same time, negotiations are underway to place charging stations in retail chains, at construction company sites, and in sports centers.
The installation of 150 kW stations is included in the state support program, which provides compensation of up to 60% of their actual cost.
