The device can increase the efficiency of agricultural enterprises by 25–30%.

The Cognitive Crop Control AI robot allows to automatically determine the qualitative and quantitative parameters of the harvested grain (size, moisture content, brokenness, weed content, temperature, weight) online, as well as build maps that allow to determine the yield parameters at each point of the field with high accuracy, adjust the application zones of plant protection systems, keep extremely accurate records of the harvested crop, etc. Moreover, the smart system provides recommendations for fine-tuning the corresponding combine harvesters to eliminate defects.

With this device, it is possible to obtain better quality products and build yield maps, which allows to accurately adjust the application zones of plant protection systems and keep detailed records of the harvested crop. The developers plan to produce the first thousand of these devices by the end of the year, and all of them will be fully produced in Russia.

The neural networks of the AI robot have been trained in real agricultural enterprises for seven years. Data was collected in more than 30 farms in the main agricultural regions of Russia, as well as in Belarus, Brazil and South Africa.

According to research results in 2024, experts from the Interagrotech association calculated that the use of the AI robot can significantly increase the efficiency of agricultural enterprises by properly adjusting equipment, minimizing grain losses, and optimizing post-harvest logistics processes.
