The Board of Directors of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec) recommended to the shareholders' meeting not to pay dividends for 2024. This follows from a message in the corporate information disclosure center.
Recommend to the annual meeting of the general meeting of shareholders, due to the lack of net profit of PJSC "UAC" for 2024, not to pay dividends on the company's shares, and not to distribute the company's net profit.
The UAC's general annual meeting of shareholders, at which this issue will be reconsidered, is scheduled for June 27. Last year, the corporation received a net loss of 14.19 billion rubles against 34.85 billion rubles in 2023.
The production center of PJSC "Yakovlev" in Komsomolsk-on-Amur (part of UAC) has more than 20 SJ-100 regional aircraft in varying degrees of readiness. The same number of medium-range MC-21s are at the Irkutsk Aviation Plant site.
