The Board of Directors of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec) has recommended that the shareholders' meeting not pay dividends for 2024. This follows from a message in the corporate information disclosure center.
Recommend to the annual meeting of the general meeting of shareholders, due to the lack of net profit of PJSC "UAC" for 2024, not to pay dividends on the company's shares, and not to distribute the company's net profit.
The UAC's general annual meeting of shareholders, where this issue will be reconsidered, is scheduled for June 27. Last year, the corporation reported a net loss of 14.19 billion rubles, compared to 34.85 billion rubles in 2023.
The production center of PJSC "Yakovlev" in Komsomolsk-on-Amur (part of UAC) has more than 20 regional SJ-100 aircraft in various stages of readiness. The same number of medium-range MC-21 aircraft are at the Irkutsk Aviation Plant site.
