AvtoVAZ has assembled the 50,000th Izhevsk Lada Largus. The anniversary car is a five-seater station wagon in "blue metallic" color called "Kapitan". In total, 50,000 such cars were produced at the Izhevsk plant in a year.
This anniversary car, a 5-seater station wagon in Comfort trim with a 106 hp engine and a rich blue hue, rolled off the assembly line of the LADA Izhevsk car plant.
The production of Lada Largus was moved from Togliatti to Izhevsk and resumed on May 15, 2024. The relocation of production lines became a unique example of a large-scale and rapid transformation of car plants: from September 2023 to January 2024, more than 1,200 units of equipment were moved, installed and put into operation.
Today, the entire LADA Largus line is produced in Izhevsk: five- and seven-seater station wagons, the Cross version, as well as commercial vans.
