Sber has introduced an innovative AI assistant designed to simplify the job search process. This service, based on the GigaChat neural network model, is capable of analyzing vacancies and salaries in real time. The development was carried out jointly with experts from "Sber Business Soft" and the online platform "RosNavyk."
The AI assistant is aimed at students, job seekers, and schoolchildren who are choosing their future profession. It will also be useful for developers of educational programs, providing information on in-demand skills and competencies. This will allow updating training courses, making them more relevant to the modern labor market.
The pilot version of the service has already been tested on vacancies for business analysts and system analysts in the Siberian Federal District. In the future, it is planned to expand the functionality to all regions of Russia with the addition of many specialties.
Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank, noted that the main goal of the project is to reduce the gap between the requirements of employers and the skills of job seekers. Although the technology does not guarantee employment, it greatly simplifies the search for suitable vacancies. Information about the commercial launch of the service has not yet been disclosed.
