The confirmed level of localization among Russian passenger cars in 2024 was recorded for Lada Granta - 45.7%, according to the official report of NAMI.
This level was achieved against the background of the redistribution of production chains after the departure of Western suppliers.
At the same time, the head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, announced much higher figures at the beginning of April, saying that the average level of localization of Lada car production reached 90%. According to him, Niva is localized at the level of 99.5%, and Niva Legend - 99.8%.
However, the most massive and "confirmed" model, according to NAMI, remains Granta with a localization twice as low.
Earlier www1.ru reported thatAvtoVAZ patented a bumper and grille for the new Lada Niva Travel.
