On the Day of Air Defense Forces, "Channel One" broadcast a story about the work of units of this branch of the military. In one of the frames, a new Russian long-range anti-missile defense (ABM) system was shown for the first time, according to the Telegram channel "Militarist".
The presented footage shows the system translating the launcher from the stowed position to the combat position and launching a missile at the target. The characteristics of the new complex are still unknown.
The Russian army currently has the S-400 and S-500 long-range anti-missile defense systems with target detection at a distance of up to 2000 km.
Earlier www1.ru reported that a new communication system for kamikaze drones has been developed in Russia: it bypasses all existing electronic warfare equipment.
