A large-scale program for creating state industrial parks with ready-made engineering and production infrastructure is being implemented in the Moscow Region. Four new industrial parks are planned to be launched by the end of the year, and a total of eight in the coming years.
All facilities are built on an "all-inclusive" principle: with connected communications - electricity, gas, roads - and ready-made production facilities, including turnkey boxes and the "Light Industrial" format for small and medium-sized businesses.
The demand for such sites is consistently high - a number of industrial parks are fully reserved even before the completion of construction. Among the future residents are enterprises of "Rosatom", manufacturers of machine tools, aircraft components, automotive equipment and other high-tech areas.
One of the flagship projects is the Titan Industrial Park in the Leninsky District. It is being built on a plot of 100 hectares, returned to municipal ownership. The park is already fully occupied, and construction is expected to be completed in December of this year.
For the uninterrupted operation of new industries, the construction of five power grid centers is also underway in key locations in the region - in Dubna, Ramenskoye, Domodedovo, Chekhov and Odintsovo districts. They will be built by 2027.
The development of industrial parks with a high degree of readiness is becoming an important factor in the economic growth of the Moscow Region and attracting new high-tech investors.
