Specialists from Altai State University (Altai State University) have created an innovative device for planting seedlings, which can significantly speed up the process of planting trees. The installation ensures a stable furrow depth, minimizes air voids and prevents soil shedding.
Due to preliminary soil loosening, the machine increases the planting speed of seedlings and reduces the consumption of fuel and lubricants. It also reduces wear and tear on equipment.
In front of the coulter, there are disc knives on both sides of it, and the milling cutter, with the possibility of being driven into motion by a hydraulic motor through a V-belt transmission, has a width equal to the width of the coulter and consists of a disc with L-shaped knives fixed on it. Installing a disc milling cutter in front of the coulter reduces its resistance by pre-loosening the soil and increasing the planting speed.
Thus, thanks to all the details of the mechanism, from the planting device to the packing rollers, the tree planting machine becomes a unique development that can ensure the best planting quality and reduce downtime.
