"Kalashnikov" Demanded 110 Million Rubles from the Manufacturer of the "Flame" Grenade and "Osa" Pistol

The Research Institute of Applied Chemistry is under restrictions from unfriendly states to the Russian Federation

The "Kalashnikov" concern has filed a civil lawsuit in court for more than 110 million rubles in penalties for the delay in the execution of the contract by the Research Institute of Applied Chemistry. This was reported in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region.

The court decided to accept the application, initiate proceedings in the case, schedule an interview with the parties and a preliminary court hearing for May 13, 2025.

JSC "FNPC "Research Institute of Applied Chemistry" is the leading enterprise in Russia for the development of pyrotechnic means. The "Flame" light and sound grenade and the "Osa" multifunctional self-defense system were developed within its walls. The company is under restrictions from unfriendly states to the Russian Federation.
