Large families can now use a digital ID to receive benefits. This ID is a special QR code that can be stored on a mobile phone and presented as needed.
The QR code combines information about all the benefits available to large families and allows them to be easily and quickly obtained.
To obtain a digital ID, you need to go to the "Family and Children" section on the "Gosuslugi" portal, consent to the request for data from the Social Fund of the Russian Federation, after which the ID will be displayed in your personal account. It has the same legal force as a paper document and can be used not only by parents, but also by children.
The innovation will facilitate the process of obtaining benefits, as large families will not need to present paper documents when visiting cultural and sports events or to receive other benefits.
The Federation Council stated that this is an important step in supporting large families, especially for improving the demographic situation in the country.
