The cosmonauts conducted a final inspection of the Soyuz MS-27 spacecraft before its launch to the ISS, scheduled for April 8.
The crew, consisting of Sergei Ryzhikov, Alexei Zubritsky, and astronaut Jonathan Kim, as well as their backups — Sergei Kud-Sverchkov, Sergei Mikaev, and Christopher Williams — took their places in the spacecraft, checked the placement of equipment, and tested the onboard systems.
Roscosmos specialists completed the disconnection of ground test equipment and began preparing the spacecraft for integration with the Soyuz-2.1a rocket. The spacecraft in the fairing is loaded onto a transport unit for final assembly before launch.
