USB Keyboard Issues Didn't Stop the Enthusiast from Launching the Classic Game

An enthusiast conducted an unusual experiment, launching the classic game Doom on the on-board computer of a modernized LM-68M2 ("Retro") tram.

At the same time, a problem arose with the lack of USB keyboard support in the on-board computer system based on "Eleprom ETC.2–064", and the enthusiast had to use an old keyboard with PS/2 to control the game.

The LM-68M2 tram was produced from 1973 to 1988 and has been undergoing extensive modernization since 2012.

The cult shooter DOOM (released in 1993) has long become a kind of test for programmers and enthusiasts who are trying to run it on the most unusual devices. Thanks to the game's open source code and enthusiasts, DOOM has been launched on calculators, ATMs, smart watches, and even pregnancy tests.
