AvtoVAZ has "almost frozen" the design of the Lada B-Van minivan, and body builders have already started working on the first models. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Russian Automobile".
The design of the car will not differ much from the layout demonstrated to Russian President Vladimir Putin in late January.
It is noted that minor adjustments to the design are not excluded - this is normal practice. In general, the production minivan will retain the appearance that has already appeared in the television report.
AvtoVAZ President Maxim Sokolov previously demonstrated a mock-up of a minivan with three rows of seats. The length of the car will be 4.6 meters, which will comfortably accommodate 7 people. The minivan will complement the functionality of the Largus and will become a more affordable alternative to Chinese models.
Earlier, automotive journalist Maxim Kadakov shared up-to-date information about prices for seven-seater Lada Largus cars. These models are already available for purchase from official dealers.
