The Ogarev startup studio (part of the ROSNANO Group) has developed a flameless food heating package (without electricity or fire). The product has been sent to mass production.
The so-called "flameless" is a polyethylene package with contents based on inorganic salts and metallic aluminum that allows you to heat any geometric shape of food or liquid packaging in just 5-10 minutes.
With the package, you can boil water. The development is used by tourists, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Russian Railways.
Among the advantages of the "flameless": high heating rate (heating activation up to 5 seconds), capacious packaging (up to 700 g), availability (twice as cheap as analogues), environmentally friendly (disposed of as ordinary household waste).
