The "Yandex 360" team has announced a significant update to its suite of services for business. Starting April 15, 2025, users will be able to use the new "Yandex Boards" service, as well as access artificial intelligence-based features in "Mail" and "Telemost." The update aims to improve the work of corporate clients and simplify management.
"Yandex Boards" will now be available to all companies, not just large ones. The service allows teams to collaborate on online whiteboards in the cloud, which greatly simplifies the interaction process.
The corporate "Mail" will feature a "Neural Filter" that uses YandexGPT to generate a digest of important emails for the week. In the "Telemost" video conferencing service, the neural network will be able to transcribe discussions and create summaries of key points.
For large organizations, new access management and security tools are provided. Companies will be able to distribute access rights according to employee roles, as well as configure two-factor authentication for individual users or groups.
New tariffs for small and medium-sized businesses will come into effect on April 15, and for large companies on May 26, 2025. For organizations with up to 250 employees, the cost will be from 299 rubles per month per user. Terms for large companies will be discussed individually.
