Rostec vs. Counterfeiting: State Corporation to Implement Electronic Product Traceability System

"Anti-Counterfeit" to be launched at enterprises producing aviation and defense products

The aviation and defense industries are implementing the "Anti-Counterfeit" automated system, developed to combat counterfeiting.

The technology is based on QR codes containing data about the manufacturer, date of manufacture, and routes of product movement. The information is protected by cryptographic methods, and access to the platform is granted only to authorized users.

The system allows tracking of materials and components at all stages – from production to the end consumer. In 2023, it was successfully tested at 51 enterprises, where it not only controlled logistics but also automatically analyzed data from accompanying documents. According to the developers, the next stage is to scale the technology to all organizations within the corporation.

The key task is to minimize the use of uncertified components in production chains. This reduces reputational risks and improves product quality, which is especially critical for strategic industries. It is emphasized that the platform helps to eliminate counterfeiting, enhancing the competitiveness of domestic goods.
