The Kuban Steel Structures Plant (ZSK "Kuban") presented the first isothermal refrigerator car of model 16-6799. This was reported by the press service of the enterprise.
The new car uses bogies with an axle load of 23.5 tons. The carrying capacity of the model is 60 tons, the body volume is - 138 m³, the floor area - 44.8 m², the length along the center lines of the automatic couplers - 19500±20 mm. The service life of the refrigerator car is - 32 years.
The manufacturer will receive a certificate for the production of model 16-6799 in March - early April of this year. The first batch will include 266 cars, which are planned to be manufactured by the end of 2025.
