Rosatom specialists conducted a series of tests of systems and equipment of the primary circuit of the Rooppur NPP, the state corporation's press service reported.
The check included several stages - filling the primary circuit with water, creating the necessary pressure and temperature, as well as preparing the main and related systems. An automated process control system was also put into operation (it provides control and monitoring of parameters during hydraulic tests).
This is a significant stage that brings us closer to the next important step - hot testing of the reactor plant. We are confident that the station will become a reliable source of energy for Bangladesh for decades to come.
At the end, the specialists monitored the condition of the equipment and recorded all indicators in accordance with technological standards.
