Prices for seasonal tire service in Russia have increased by 15% by March 2025 compared to last year. This was reported by Alexey Shpikalov, Director of Service and Spare Parts at AG Avilon.
He noted that the season for mass car "re-shoeing" began earlier than usual this year. This was facilitated by the stable above-zero temperature that has been established in the regions.
According to the law, the transition to summer tires is allowed from March 1, but weather forecasters and experts recommend doing this no earlier than the average daily air temperature reaches +5 degrees and above. Moreover, the warmth should persist not only during the day, but also at night.
