UAZ will continue to produce cars of the "UAZ SGR" family ("Bukhanka") as long as there is demand for them. This was announced by the company's CEO, Alexey Spirin.
According to him, the "Bukhanka" is a unique vehicle in terms of its off-road capabilities, extremely simple, easy to repair and inexpensive to operate, a spartan car.
There is steady demand for this model, so it will remain on the UAZ assembly line.
The modern "Bukhanka" is a modernized version of the UAZ-452, which was launched in 1966. In turn, the 452nd is unified with the UAZ-450 of the 1958 model in many body elements.
In the basic configuration, the car received a ZMZ-40911 gasoline engine with a capacity of 112 hp per 2.7 liters. The power unit is combined with a 5-speed manual transmission and a plug-in all-wheel drive, there is a downshift.
