According to Alexander Belsky, a toll for entering the center of St. Petersburg will also help to relieve the city of cars.
We are now moving towards Europe, where it has become common to use public transport and not own a personal car. Therefore, the St. Petersburg government is engaged in transport reform.
The conditions and timing of the proposed innovation have not yet been specified.
