AtomEnergo Company Launches 9 Electric Charging Stations in the Stavropol Territory

Fast charging stations are located in Pyatigorsk and Nevinnomyssk

AtomEnergo Company (part of the Rosatom State Corporation) has expanded its presence in Russia by opening nine 150 kW electric charging stations (ECS) in the Stavropol Territory.

The new stations are located in Pyatigorsk and Nevinnomyssk. They allow electric vehicles to be charged via the AtomEnergo mobile application. For the convenience of car owners, the stations support all modern connector types for "fast" charging. It is carried out using a power of 60 kW or more.

Valery Markelov, General Director of AtomEnergo LLC, explained that the company strives to make electric transport accessible and convenient for everyone. He believes that the launch of new charging stations will not only support electric vehicle owners but also contribute to improving the environmental situation in the cities of the region.

Ivan Kovalev, Minister of Energy, Industry and Communications of the Stavropol Territory, added that the development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles is one of the priority tasks of the region.

Currently, Rosenergoatom, through AtomEnergo LLC, is implementing a large-scale program to create a network of electric charging stations. There are more than 160 "fast" ECS in operation in 13 regions of the country.

In the first quarter of 2025, it is planned to increase the total number of electric charging stations to 255. By 2030, the company intends to create a network covering at least 25% of the electric charging infrastructure market in Russia.
