The construction of passenger ships "Onega" and "Solvychegodsk" of the REGK.126 project is nearing completion at the Krasnaya Kuznitsa plant in Arkhangelsk. They will be launched by mid-2025. Two more vessels, "Kenozerye" and "Kargopol", are scheduled to be commissioned by the end of the year.
The ships will serve water intermunicipal routes. navigation in the eponymous city of Pomorye. "Solvychegodsk", "Kenozerye" and "Kargopol" will operate on water routes in Arkhangelsk - each of these ships is designed for 100 people. Passenger capacity of "Onega" is 65 people.
The ships are designed taking into account the climatic features of the region. They are fully adapted to the conditions of ice drift and ice formation.
