It differs from similar resources in its strict and verified dialogue logic, optimized linguistic design of user questions and bot answers, as well as a feedback module that allows real-time monitoring of the situation at polling stations, ensuring timely response to violations.
The chatbot can receive complaints from voters about various violations in real time. This approach makes it possible to respond to emerging problems in a timely manner.
The innovation also allows conducting public opinion polls and collecting data for sociological research related to the electoral process.
