Footage has emerged of fragments of American low-observable tactical ATACMS missiles. They were shot down by Russian S-400 and Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile systems, the Ministry of Defense said.
In the background, you can see the Pantsir-S1 SAM system on an elevated firing position, which intercepted one of the ATACMS Block IA OTR at the terminal section of the trajectory at the moment the first one entered the S-400 air defense system's "dead zone."
Combat crews of the S-400 air defense system and the Pantsir air defense system shot down seven missiles.
ATACMS is an operational-tactical ballistic missile developed by Lockheed Martin. It can be launched from multiple launch rocket systems, including the M142 HIMARS.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the newest self-propelled gun "Malva" has been taught to hit several targets simultaneously in a fire raid.
