The country's main arms concern, Kalashnikov, presented the SKAT 350M and Legionnaire E29 fixed-wing UAVs, as well as the Alpha-E, Goliath, and Karakurt vertical take-off and landing drones at the Interpolitex exhibition, the concern's press service reported.
"Legionnaire E29" are mass-produced and already supplied to the State Transport Leasing Company (JSC "GTLK") under a state order.
These UAVs can be used for aerial photography, cargo transportation, terrain scanning, video monitoring, fire patrol, and ice reconnaissance. "Legionnaire E29" can stay in the air for up to 2.5 hours and fly up to 200 km.
SKAT 350M is designed for reconnaissance and monitoring of various objects. They are used in forestry and agriculture, the oil and gas industry, and construction. The drone is notable for being able to operate at temperatures from -40 to +40 °C and wind speeds up to 15 m/s.
The "Alpha-E" helicopter drone can take off from any solid surface, including moving objects. The drone is very compact and easy to transport in a car.
The flight altitude can reach 3000 m, the operating temperature range is from -30 to +45°С.
One of the Russian mining and geological companies uses "Alpha-E" in the Far East. The UAV helped to collect information for the development of a geological and geophysical model of ore-bearing structures.
The "Goliath" and "Karakurt" copters are designed for aerial reconnaissance. The operator receives 3D data in real time. The UAV copters have a durable design, so they can be operated in any weather.
