BelkaCar, a short-term car rental service, has expanded its fleet. Now you can rent Baic X55 crossovers in two trim levels — Comfort and Luxury. For now, they are only available in the capital's fleet.
The Luxury trim includes a panoramic roof. In addition, the cars are equipped with features such as air conditioning, Bluetooth, rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera, USB ports, dual-zone climate control, and much more. BAIC is one of the largest automakers in China.
Currently, the service has 2 million users. BelkaCar provides services in cities such as Moscow, Sochi, Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Anapa, Gelendzhik, St. Petersburg, and Kaliningrad.
The service is available to drivers who are 21 years of age or older and have a category "B" driver's license with at least two years of driving experience. To rent a business-class car, you must be over 25 years old and have a category "B" driver's license with at least five years of driving experience.
As a reminder, by the end of 2024, carsharing and car rental services may raise prices by 10-20%. This will be due to an increase in the recycling fee in Russia and an increase in the cost of maintenance services.
