Proprietary Security Engines: Kaspersky Lab Unveils Next-Generation Firewall

Kaspersky NGFW Platform to Protect Large Companies from a Wide Range of Cyberthreats

Kaspersky Lab has released a preliminary version of its new Kaspersky NGFW firewall. Unlike other Russian companies, Kaspersky NGFW uses its own security mechanisms built on advanced technologies. The product's architecture is carefully designed, and Threat Intelligence is enriched with unique data.

In the second quarter of 2024, more than 664 million attacks from various online platforms were recorded worldwide, and over 113 million malicious links were identified.

To combat constantly evolving network threats, Kaspersky Lab has developed Kaspersky NGFW, a next-generation firewall that will help companies in Russia protect their network infrastructure from a wide range of cyberthreats.

The developer assures that Kaspersky NGFW is better than other security programs. It has special security mechanisms that use modern technologies, a well-thought-out structure, and unique data that helps fight threats.

For us, this is the most important product, embodying our company's many years of experience in network security, threat investigation, and customer support.
Anton Ivanov, Director of Research and Development at Kaspersky Lab

As a reminder, Kaspersky's customers in the US previously faced antivirus removal and automatic installation of UltraAV. It turned out that the company decided to sell its customer base to the American company Pango Group. Some users were outraged by the change.
