В Москве суд зарегистрировал административный протокол в отношении Telegram

The Tagansky Court of Moscow registered an administrative protocol against the Telegram messenger on Tuesday, September 17. This is reported on the website of the instance.

The protocol against Telegram Messenger Inc. was drawn up under Part 2 of Art. 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure by the owner of an information resource on the Internet to remove information if the obligation to remove such information is provided for by law"). The hearing is scheduled for October 15.

Earlier, on August 13, the Moscow court once again fined Telegram for refusing to remove information that is prohibited in the Russian Federation.

In addition, on July 8, 2024, by a ruling of the Tagansky District Court, Telegram was found guilty of a similar offense. Then the company was fined 3 million rubles.
