Yandex is launching a new service called Yandex Concept, designed for working with interactive whiteboards. This service is integrated into the Yandex 360 platform and is available to all users for free.
Yandex Concept allows you to organize collaborative work using interactive whiteboards, which can be used for project management, creating and discussing prototypes, and other tasks in various industries. The service already has all the necessary tools for teamwork: the ability to add and format text, create tables and charts, use media files, and co-edit. A library of ready-made templates is also available to speed up the process of creating boards. Users can transfer data from other services, such as Miro, and the number of project participants is unlimited.
The service is built on the basis of the Russian technological solution Pruffme, which Yandex acquired and quickly integrated into its platform. Those who have already used Pruffme will be offered to continue working with the service in the usual mode.
Yandex Concept is available through any browser on desktop and mobile devices. To get started, authorization via Yandex ID is required. Project participants can determine the level of access to content, which can be available to everyone, only to the team, or to specific users.
All user data is stored on Yandex servers in encrypted form, and the Yandex ID security system complies with the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
