The North Caucasus Federal University (NCFU) has begun creating an anti-terrorist system to control access to facilities with high attendance. This was reported by the university's press service.
The new system operates on three levels of security.
This is a "friend or foe" recognition system, a metal detector, and an anti-vandal self-closing automatic door. All of this will help minimize casualties in the event of a dangerous situation.
It is expected that the cost of development will be lower than that of analogues. It is planned to be used in educational institutions, enterprises, and private companies.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that UAV protection equipment will become a mandatory element at civilian facilities.
