Производство электроники для самолетов SJ-100 и МС-21 нарастят в России: новые заводские мощности введены в строй

Serial production to be launched in Stavropol

The Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies (part of Rostec) will launch serial production of onboard electronics for domestic SJ-100 and MC-21 airliners by the end of the year. The expansion of production is part of the import substitution program.

The Signal Radio Plant (part of KRET) will begin serial production of aircraft steering drive control system modules. Currently, the necessary documentation is being prepared and equipment is being purchased for serial production.

For each new development, a "Product File" is created, which includes all supporting documentation, change notices, and technical solutions. This will allow for complete and quick access to information about a specific part and its history.

We are contracted for the SJ-100 until 2030. We have already delivered several sets to the customer for these aircraft, which are undergoing testing. We plan to send several more aircraft sets by the end of 2024. As for the MC-21, several sets should also be delivered by the end of this year under the contract. After receiving the necessary protocols and acts, we will be able to serially manufacture this equipment.

Earlier, the preliminary causes of the SSJ-100 crash near Moscow became known. According to the IAC, in its last flight, the aircraft had problems with angle of attack sensors and encountered an unexpected overspeed.
