The production of LADA Vesta cars with a stabilization system (usually called ESP) and side airbags has been established at AvtoVAZ. This was announced by journalist Maxim Kadakov.
Now all cars in the LADA Vesta family will receive a stabilization system. It is produced by Itelma under license from Kesens. However, Vaz employees call this system not ESP, but ESC, that is, electronic stability control. But this does not change the essence, there are no differences between them. ESC can be turned off, but the electronic assistant will automatically start working at a speed of 57 kilometers per hour.
In addition to the stabilization system and side airbags, the car will be equipped with heated front seats (three levels), a rear view camera (dynamic lines available), light and rain sensors, front power windows with Auto mode, as well as a rear armrest.
Front parking sensors and a blind spot monitoring system with indicators in the mirrors are now standard equipment. And "fog lights" again illuminate the road in turns.
Prices for the updated cars are still unknown. The cars will go on sale in the fall.
