Roskomnadzor is testing the blocking of the Telegram messenger in Russia. This is reported by the Telegram channel "Backdoor".
The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) is participating in the blocking test. It is assumed that the measures led to a significant increase in the number of complaints about problems with access to the messenger in Russia. At the same time, users from other countries did not report such problems.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that Telegram experienced a failure on Monday night.
