The most demanded 57-mm highly automated anti-aircraft artillery unit 2S38 from the ZAK 1K150 "Derivation" was presented at the Army-2024 military-technical forum in air defense units. It has a modernized 2A90 automatic gun based on the A-220 gun with an effective firing range of 6000 m.

The combat module with the 2A90 gun is equipped with a pair of turret multi-spectral optoelectronic guidance modules operating in the TV/IR and low-level TV bands.
In addition, an armor-piercing sub-caliber projectile with armor penetration of up to 95 - 100 mm at a distance of 1000 m was developed for the gun.
