Promteh, a company located in Nizhny Novgorod, has introduced a new Lada Largus Kub van. This information is reported by the magazine "Za Rulem."
The car has a cargo compartment with a volume of 4.9 cubic meters. The interior up to the second row retains all the features of the standard Lada Largus, with the exception of the rear side doors, which do not have vents. This makes a second air conditioner mandatory, and its deflectors are installed on the ceiling. An additional heater is also provided, located on the floor.
Lada Largus Kub is equipped with rear air suspension. Although this system is not designed to adjust ground clearance, it significantly changes the height of the rear when the pressure changes in an empty car. Its main task is to prevent subsidence under load and improve ride smoothness.
The updated Largus Kub is equipped with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 90 hp, which works in conjunction with a five-speed manual gearbox.
Currently, the car is undergoing certification. Sales will begin at the end of summer. The cost of the car will be 2.65 million rubles.
