A new option based on generative artificial intelligence (AI) has been launched in Mail.ru notes. Users now have the ability to highlight the main idea and shorten notes by pressing a single button. This was reported by the VKontakte press service.
To simplify a note, you need to select it and click the "Shorten" button. The original version is saved, and a new version of the text appears in a separate window. You can shorten the entire note or only a part of it.

The developers emphasized that the innovation will facilitate working with large texts and help highlight the main idea from what has been written.
