Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law to support developers of unmanned aerial systems

Drone manufacturers will be able to count on support from the state. The corresponding law was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The data was published on the legal information portal.

As part of the new decree, a unified register of developers and manufacturers of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) will be created. Representatives of the authorities will be responsible for the procedure for forming the register, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (Minpromtorg) will be responsible for maintaining it.

The document also includes state support for engineering activities and activities in the field of industrial design.

Support measures include financing, consultations, assistance in entering world markets and obtaining innovative technologies.

The innovations will come into effect 180 days after the official publication of the document. The law itself will enter into legal force on July 1, 2024.

Earlier www1.ru reported that industrial enterprises in Russia will be compensated for part of the costs of implementing domestic software.
