Revolver-type VOG Dispensing Quadcopter Created in Russia

It will be sent to the front lines for testing at the end of June

Specialists from the "Nebesny Voin" (Sky Warrior) training center for unmanned aerial vehicle operators have developed a quadcopter with a revolver-type grenade dispensing system for VOG-17 grenades. The device can carry up to 16 grenades at once.

It is noted that the drone is based on a commercial drone platform. It will be equipped with a system for dispensing ammunition via drums. According to the developers' plan, the drone will be able to fly up to 40 km, and the drone's flight time will be about two hours.

Only a prototype of the drone is ready so far, but by the end of June it will already be sent to the front lines for testing.

Also, the UAV will be used as a "mother drone", carrying several small FPV drones, which will detach from it and go to the target at the right moment. This is necessary to bypass enemy electronic warfare systems.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the military on the front lines began testing the Rusak kamikaze quadcopter and the Tiuvik light strike wing. They are not affected by electronic warfare and fly up to 30 km.
