Chinese premium Hongqi H9 cars with black license plates have appeared on the roads of Moscow. The cars, costing from 7.8 million rubles, with the letters MO on the license plates, belong to the motor depot of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff. The license plates on the two Hongqi H9s could have been transferred from Toyota Camry cars, which were used previously.
Hongqi H9 is a business sedan from FAW Group. The car is equipped with a two-liter engine and a robotic transmission. The drive is rear-wheel drive only.
The Chinese car is similar in size to the extended BMW 5 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class, but is shorter than the Toyota Camry. The "Japanese woman" has a length of 4885 mm, while the Chinese sedan has a length of 5.1 mm.
The premium car can be ordered with "limousine inserts" and a two-tone body,
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Defense is not the only state structure whose employees are switching to Hongqi H9. Such cars have already been spotted at the Federal Security Service at the "Russia — Africa" forum.
Earlier, www1.ru wrote about how an electric Hongqi E-HS9 appeared in the capital's FSB car park instead of the "Moskvich".
