Sales of LADA cars in the first quarter of 2024 increased by 42.5% compared to the same period last year, to 91,563 units (passenger and commercial vehicles). Moreover, in March, the Russian auto giant showed the best sales result in the last 11 years, selling 42,840 cars.
In the first quarter, compared to 2023, car production in Togliatti increased by more than 70% and amounted to almost 116 thousand cars.
The most popular model from AvtoVAZ in March was LADA Granta — 20,412 cars. In second place is Vesta — 11,703 cars, which is the best sales figure for the model since June 2021. Next comes the Niva family: the Legend and Travel models found 10,028 owners.
