Specialists of the Khrulev Military Academy of Logistics have received a patent for a machine for the modernized Kalashnikov machine gun (PKSM) to destroy low-flying drones and ground targets.

The patent materials indicate that the machine gun has sufficient firepower to combat various types of UAVs. And the developed machine solves the main problem — the limited guidance of the PKSM barrel in two planes.

The design of the machine is simple and reliable: it allows you to rotate the machine gun barrel in the horizontal plane by 360°, vertically — from +75° to — 50°.
