The first image of the car under the new brand sign “X” from AvtoVAZ has appeared online.
Insiders from the popular autopublic "Avtograd News" provided an image of the snow-white "X" from the factory in St. Petersburg.
According to insiders, these cars will receive the X Cross 7 index, and the final brand name will be announced very soon by AvtoVAZ President Maxim Sokolov. The information, as they note, has not yet been confirmed.
It is noteworthy that the car in the photograph looks very similar to the Chinese crossover Chery Tiggo 7 Pro.
According to Autopotok insiders, Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, without emblems and nameplates, has been assembled at Lada St. Petersburg for more than a month using the large-unit assembly method.
And Sokolov recently noted in an interview that the AvtoVAZ lineup will be replenished "including through partner licensed projects", which will be implemented at the St. Petersburg plant. According to him, sales under the X brand will begin very soon - in the spring of this year.
