An Aurus car has been assigned to the Speaker of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin. His 11 deputies, as well as the leaders of the Duma factions, will also drive cars of the same brand. This was reported by a source in the lower house of the Russian parliament.
The heads of the State Duma committees may be provided with Lada Aura. The remaining deputies will drive Lada Vesta - 33 cars of this brand have already been delivered to the parliament.
The source clarified that the cars will not be assigned to specific parliamentarians. Previously, deputies were transported in Ford Mondeo and Hyundai cars aged 8-10 years. It is known that the Duma car park will be gradually updated with domestic cars.
