The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Khabarovsk Territory announced that the Amur Shipbuilding Plant in Komsomolsk-on-Amur will now be able to build promising military ships of Project 22350 with Tsirkon hypersonic missiles on board. Frigates of this project are included in the list of what the enterprise has the right to work with after modernization.
The Amur Shipbuilding Plant not only modernized the construction sites and certified their technical parameters, but also laid the foundation for training a new generation of shipbuilders. The company received a license to train in basic working professions directly at the plant.
After that, ASZ was also issued a license for the development, production, testing, installation, maintenance, repair, disposal and sale of weapons and military equipment.
The plant will be expanded: the Amurets launching dock pontoon is already under construction, and in the spring of 2024 they will begin building a dock for transporting large-capacity ships to the delivery base in Vladivostok.
Earlier, "The First Technical" wrote that the new frigate "Admiral Golovko" from Project 22350 has completed all tests before going to the fleet. This is the third ship in the series, but the first ship in the series with a fully domestic power plant.
