The Russian Ministry of Defense has received a batch of new modernized T-90M "Proryv" tanks from Uralvagonzavod.
They will be sent to units of the Central Military District. It includes three federal districts and 29 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, plus the 201st military base in Tajikistan, and units in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is not specified which units the fifteen tanks will be sent to.
However, in any case, it will not be easy for a potential enemy. The modernized T-90M "Proryv" has a 125-mm gun for modern ammunition, guided missiles, as well as a 7.62 mm remotely controlled combat module with 12.7 mm machine guns paired with the gun.
